This vinyl-coated polyester mesh sunshade offers a soft 50% sunscreen over a 40 square foot spread. It is an important safety feature for outside Nicamaka® use as you will fall asleep quickly and sun protection is vital. It also, of course, will shield the hammock-hamaca and occupant from the messy things that fall out of trees.
The sunshade can also be hung between trees or posts. Extend the tie-down straps with small ropes and anchor to weights to stabilize the sides.
